So I decide to add a flag to the flagpole of this fine ship blueprint I found on this site.



This was done by adding a poster to the pole and upload/attach an image of the flag. The above picture of the final result - not the quagmire I got into.

I think the fact that NPCs land on the roof has to do with the fact that when the world is loaded, everything basically falls from the sky. And it does so in a specific order.
